Summary Practice 2

         Region’s Carbon Emissions Doubled

Day by day the carbon emissions in the Middle East and North Africa have doubled compared to the past. The reason that carbon emissions has increased so dramatically  is because  countries are rich in oil and gas are using more energy than others and releasing greenhouse gases into the atmosphere. People burn fossil fuels to produce electricity and when they use their vehicles and this makes the atmosphere polluted. Therefore, according to a recent study,  Arabian Gulf are among the top per capita carbon emitters globally. In U.A.E they are trying to solve this problem by looking to create green energy in the future and thus behave in an environmentally correct way.
